It makes quite a bit and I think you could probably get about six servings from it. Be prepared for a lot of clean up because it uses several pots and pans. Also, I got this recipe from www.allrecipes.com and someone who reviewed the recipes suggested that you do all of the prep work (chopping, dicing, measuring) beforehand because things go quite fast while cooking it. I did that and not only did I think I was on Food Network (with kids screaming all around me) but it truly was easier. It would be good with bread and a salad.
