This is a new recipe for us but even my girls liked it. It may not look too pretty but it is very tasty. It definatly tastes better when it has chilled for a while. The cold brings out all the flavors of the different ingredients. Hope you like it!

This is great! Jennifer made this the other night and I got to taste it. I like that you can taste all of the wonderful flavors in the salsa. With each bite you can taste the lemon, cilantro (which I don't like but in this recipes it is good), onions, avacados, etc. I highly recommend this very fresh salsa to go with any meal.
