Healthy Yellow Cake...


1 box Yellow Cake Mix
10 oz. Diet 7-up/Sprite
2 egg whites
Mix together with beaters for 2 minutes. Pour into your greased pan and bake according to directions on the box.
WW Points=4 for 1/12 of cake

I made this as a base for my father-in-law's birthday cake (strawberry shortcake). Has a great flavor without all of the fat!
