Velveeta Soup

2 cans of 99% fat free chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 chopped onion
16 oz. frozen cauliflower
16 oz. frozen broccoli
10 oz. 2% Velveeta




Put chicken broth, Rotel, onion and veggies in a big pot. Let boil for 15 minutes. Add in cut up velveeta pieces and stir until melted.

1.25 points per cup

I made this soup with regular Velveeta instead of 2% because I couldn't find it in the store. I'm not sure of the difference in the point value but it was good and didn't separate. I also used 3 cans of the chicken broth. Yummy!

what is the pv on this??? You have 1.25 at the bottom. Does that mean a little over 1??? That can't be right, can it? If so can I have 5 cups!!!!???? I don't usually round up.
